【Summer Promotion Rates】
Half-day Meeting Package: NT$2,000 per person +10%
Full-day Meeting Package: NT$2,400 per person +10%

【Package Includes】
- Half-day Meeting: One exquisite tea break & one conference lunch (Chinese/Western set menu, Chinese bento, or buffet).
- Full-day Meeting: Two exquisite tea breaks & one conference meal (Chinese/Western set menu, Chinese bento, or buffet).
- Venue rental fee included in the package.
- Audiovisual equipment included in the package: One set of projector and screen, two wireless microphones, one audio cable, and wireless internet.
- Selected conference refreshments included in the package: Two types of snacks and fruits, unlimited coffee/tea.
- Conference supplies included in the package: Conference paper, pens, mints, water, presentation stand, or whiteboard.

Other Notes:

- Minimum applicable number of persons varies by venue.
- For self-service buffet with the meeting package, a minimum guarantee of 40 persons is required.
- An additional NT$400 per person is applicable for using the conference meal at the Italian restaurant, plus a 10% service charge.
- Every NT$2,000 of total expenditure entitles to one hour of free parking. For any hours beyond the entitlement, the parking fee is NT$120 per hour per vehicle (service charge not included in the expenditure calculation).
